I believe that you are about to embark on a fabulously exciting journey – one that you will both cherish for the rest of your lives.
With that, here are my TOP TIPS for selecting a Wedding Photographer. Whether or not you choose me to document your experience, my hope is that you will find this information helpful to you in the planning process. You may also want to check out my Client FAQs.
+ Inquire Now and Reserve Early :: There are only a handful of photographers who pursue weddings as a specialty AND as a passion. Then there are probably just a few photographers whose ascetic you enjoy. Plus, our calendars book up quickly! Be sure to make researching and securing a professional photographer one of the very first steps in planning your wedding. Let's make a date to chat!
+ Value Quality :: Above all, you should be confident that the photos of your wedding day are of the highest standard of quality. Notice: composition, exposure/lighting consistency, editing style, and overall skill of crafting a story. Be sure to also review photographer's work in other categories (here's a link to my personal portfolio).
+ Meet In Person :: After you narrow your selection to 2-3 whose work you resonate with, I highly suggest that you meet with each potential photographer, in person. The celebration of your marriage will be one of the very most important days of your life – we should take just a few minutes to confirm that we are the right fit for each other! I would be happy to host you at my Studio and answer any of your questions. Reach out here.
+ Trust Your Gut :: At the end of the day, make your decision based on who you feel the most comfortable with – image quality and personality. After all, you will be spending the whole day together, so we better be having fun! Learn more about my photographic philosophy here.
