Jamie and Madison pitched the idea to bring Jamie's motorcycle to their engagement session, and obviously... YES. On a perfect Fall day, they jumped on the bike (and agreed to slow down for just a few seconds for some photos), strolled through the fields, popped a bottle of champagne, danced in the studio, laughed together in the afternoon sunlight, and basically melted my heart with all their sweetness. I can't wait to see what fun these two have planned for their wedding day. Yay for love!

Shaya + Brad brought a ton of style and contagious laughter to their wonderful Summer engagement session in Minneapolis! We started with natural portraits around Boom Island Park, grabbed a few shots on the 1st Avenue Bridge and then finished with some climbing around at the Minneapolis Institute of Art. These two were adventurous, full of great ideas and so very at ease with each other that it made my job easy -- congrats Shaya + Brad!

Nirja + Mayank are my dream clients. A laid back and fun-loving couple who requested an engagement session in their Uptown Minneapolis apartment! These two love listening to vinyl over hot tea and Indian biscuits, and we simply did just that. Plus, a jaunt through the park on their bikes for some ice cream. Sometimes it's the little everyday things couples do together that best represent intimacy and make for honest imagery!
